EGR Cooler

EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) is an essential component of internal combustion engines designed to reduce the emission such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), generated during engine operation. In particular, the EGR cooler plays a role in lowering the combustion chamber temperature when a portion of the exhaust gas, which has been combusted in the engine, is recirculated back into the engine. Products developed in this way are supplied to automotive manufacturers worldwide.

Sintered Parts

Haman Plant possesses powder alloy design and processing technologies for manufacturing high-density and high-strength components. We also have expertise in product pressing and sintering techniques. Leveraging these technologies, we are developing various sintered products for use in automobiles and home appliances.

SMC Cores

Based on the accumulated expertise in powder metallurgy over an extended period, we are developing high-density, high-performance Soft Magnetic Composite(SMC) and cores(Stator&Rotor). In comparison to conventional steel plate products, these materials enable various configurations, potentially serving as the foundation for motor miniaturization and lightweight design.

Inductor Cores

We have developed soft magnetic cores used in power conversion devices and are supplying them to automotive manufacturers. These cores, developed using materials like Fe-Ni and Fe-Si, offer high energy efficiency with higher density and DC-Bias, as well as low energy loss. Based on this item, Yuseung is moving forward in line with the paradigm shift toward electric vehicles.

Dental Prosthetics

We have developed CAD/CAM discs for dental use, made from metal alloys(Nickel-Chrome and Cobalt-Chrome), and have obtained medical certification from the authority. These products have gained recognition for their quality not only in the domestic market but also overseas, and their sales have been on an upward trajectory. It is anticipated that this upward trend will continue to grow in the future.

Ag Roller & Shaft

We are developing silver shaft and roller that go into contact probes for the quality control inspection of MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors). These components have demonstrated their excellence through performance tests and are currently undergoing testing in the production field.
